Got another email from the IRS. You know, the one that uses Google Mail for their emails...

Does the IRS actually refund parts of a dollar? I thought they rounded it off. I know I do when I send it in! Three to nine days to process it? It is to laugh! Note the scary warning in red; you will be "indicated"!!
